While modern IPTV services like NOB IPTV are designed for seamless playback, home network glitches, player caching, or DNS conflicts can occasionally disrupt viewing. Here is our official troubleshooting checklist to fix the most common playback problems quickly.
1. Issue: Stream Freezing or Continuous Buffering
Buffering typically occurs when your player application runs out of cached video data before receiving the next segment.
- Check speed: Verify download speed is at least 25 Mbps using an online speed test tool. Read our internet speed recommendations.
- Adjust buffer size: In your player app settings, increase the stream buffer from "Default" to "High" or "3–5 Seconds".
- Restart network equipment: Power-cycle your modem, router, and streaming device.
2. Issue: Playlist Fails to Load or Server Error
If your player reports "Failed to load playlist" or "Authorization failed":
- Check your username and password for inadvertent spaces added during copy-paste.
- Ensure your subscription has not expired. You can renew your period anytime on our pricing page.
- Switch your device DNS to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) to avoid local ISP domain blocks.
3. Issue: Video Plays but No Audio (or Audio Out of Sync)
Audio desync or missing sound usually stems from hardware decoder conflicts in player software.
- In your player settings, toggle decoder mode between Hardware Decoder (HW) and Software Decoder (SW).
- Ensure audio track selection is set to Stereo or Passthrough according to your TV speakers.
